will normally survive the winter. For best protection, let them go
dormant and cover with
mulch. If lower than Zone 6, bring into a greenhouse climate that stays
above 40 degrees, lights are not necessary. To break dormancy, raise temperature
above 70
degrees. Plants can be planted outside after the temperature stays above
40 degrees.
